Jeannie Chaffin was the national director of the Office of Community Services (OCS) within U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for five years. Jeannie has also worked with National Association of State Community Service Programs after having worked at a local CAA and a state office. After leaving OCS, she has become a thought leader on CAA potentials and was most recently the interim Executive Director of NASCSP.
