This CMR is targeted for all Indiana Weatherization Professionals.

8:00 am -- 9:00 am EST: Updates in Policy, Health and Safety Plans, and SWS
9:00 am – 12:00 pm EST: This has been a year of unprecedented complications and stress in not only our personal lives but also in our professional lives. Some of us have lost friends, family, or coworkers; some of us have had financial hardships; some of us have suffered a loss of social/family interactions; some of having suffered health issues; and some have had to figure out how to be a parent/teacher/babysitter while maintaining a 40-hour workweek. And these stressors have continued for nearly a full year!  Many of you have shared with us your own personal and professional stories of challenges and obstacles brought about and accentuated during his pandemic so we reached out to Program Managers and others working in weatherization to help us determine if this type of training would be beneficial to our network. We found solid support, thus this CMR will have a mental health primary focus so we can move forward in a manner in which we will better equipped to understand not only our own mental health but the mental health of our friends, family, coworkers, and our weatherization clients.

CoraLyn J. Turentine from Mental Health Matters will be our guest presenter. To view their website visit:  www.indianamhm.com
