Topic:  Heat Loss/Heat Gain Calculations:  A Look Under the Hood and Under the Floor

A brief introduction/refresher on Heat Transfer Multipliers (HTM) value tables.  What they are and how they are used in simple block loads with a focus on 'below the floor' building assemblies (floors, slabs, & foundation walls).  Will use simple Excel load calculation tool and CoolCalc to model heat loss/heat gain scenarios. This training session is targeted to HVAC, Auditors, and Quality Control Inspectors.

A laptop is required for this CMR. Please be sure to bring one with you

All Wx employees/contractors who are past their first year of holding an ISV Certification or BPI Certification are required to attend at least 1 CMR each contract year (April 1 - March 31) per IHCDA's policies and procedures to stay in compliance with IHCDA.
