Fred Clade introduces balanced mechanical ventilation equipment to Weatherization Program Managers, Auditors, and anyone else installing balanced mechanical ventilation equipment.  The training will address equipment components, installation details, controls, and maintenance.  The training will also touch on the difference between heat recovery ventilation and energy/enthalpy recovery ventilation.  During the training, Fred will introduce different equipment types and configurations they can be installed in, depending on the equipment present, or not present in the home.

Dan Phillips will briefly share a limited pilot reimbursement program being launched to encourage installation of balanced mechanical ventilation in Weatherization homes.  Pilot funding limits, submission process, and required documents will all be shared with attendees along with time for questions about the pilot.
